Born and raised in Waco, Texas, Erica graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Agricultural Business. She holds her FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, underscoring her strong foundation in financial principles and dedication to supporting clients.
Erica now resides in Appleton, Wisconsin. Outside of Baird, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Joseph, and their two dogs. She also loves reading, baking, and exploring new ways to make meaningful connections in her community.
